More advanced Audience and Goal conditions

Audience and Goal conditions can now be organized into groups. This makes it possible to combine All and Any logic in the same setup instead of relying on one flat list of rules.
For example, an Audience can match either of two product pages while also requiring a mobile device. A Goal can accept clicks on either a regular or sticky purchase button while requiring the visitor to be on a product page. A summary view shows how Lyftio will evaluate the complete setup before you save it.
