What are goals
Goals are the metrics you track in an experiment to determine whether a variation is successful. Every goal applies to all variations within the experiment.
- Conversions – final actions such as purchases or sign-ups
- Interactions – actions like clicking a button or interacting with an element
- Page views – visiting a specific page or viewing particular content
For each goal, you define one or more conditions that a visitor must meet (after qualifying for the Audience) in order for the goal to register a conversion.
For example you can set an URL condition to match /checkout/success as in the image above to measure final conversions on an E-commerce.
